Dogs being tortured and abused...

Such inhumanity, one wonders why so many cannot see the beauty that lies within animals souls, and of our best friend our dog why one asks can such horrors be perpetrated upon these wonderful creatures, why any creature..

Romania like so many other countries treats their animals with such cruelty that one finds oneself in tears. The plight of these animals touches ones heart..

I found out about this like many others by noticing an article which had posted a few web site addresses which as a curious person does I CLICKED on..... My heart was torn apart my god how can this happen, how cant such things be done and no one does anything !!!

Well here I am after my first little rescue dog Kia, Kia was this little bundle who cowered at your touch, she was carried home in the arms of a friend just cuddled up, one supposes waiting to see it this person was about to beat her... Kia is on the right, but this is how I first saw her..

Desperate for love, in state kennels where dogs are murdered for money..

Now we see Kia after only a few days of loads of love and cuddles, her injured leg now healed..
This is Stella (her new name meaning little star) in her new home, happy and loved, I'm kept updated about her which helps a lot as I couldn't help but fall in love with her, I'm so happy that this little girl who was destined to live a life on the streets in a cold and unforgiving country where she would have faced being beaten on a daily basis and where were she hurt in pain or dying no one would have stopped to help..

This is a typical picture of how dogs are treated in Romania there are so many more heart breaking images..
This little baby was hit by a car... Trying to sort out fostering her..

So what now, well I'm going to foster for a new charity that's based in the Devon and Cornwall area, we just need funds to get these dogs back into the UK, can you help us ? Web design, funds ? Dog cages for transport ? If you can or want to help let me know :)
